Design a window/flow for the user to follow in figma. This needs to make sense and follow current design procedure.
This is a unique task that I actually want two/three people working on together. You should schedule times to meet and just design together. I want to ensure other people on the team know how to design, so I am offloading this to you guys.

Once done, Implement Command Window Design (PLACEHOLDER) #177 will become the implementation of this. Then another EPIC will appear to add the Functionality of the skeleton design that gets implemented.
