I'm still unsure whether this issue happens for everyone or not, but it's at least present for some people

Now that I think about it, I have to delete the lines containing soundTransform because it's not available in OpenFL, I was unable to see a difference back then, but maybe that's the reason

Migration summary

The exported WAV files seemed fine, so the issue was suspected to be in processing/playback rather than the source audio. Removing unavailable soundTransform handling from the official SWF did not reproduce the DRH sound degradation, leaving Lime or another external audio layer as the likely area to investigate. Music seemed to work, not every sound effect was affected, and breaking objects was one of the most noticeable cases. Testing conversion/playback through ffmpeg was suggested.
