Add a way to load audio directly from a string into scratch (automatic so no user input required)

Would help reduce long load times if using localstorage and would allow streaming music from cloud variables or websocket extension.

believe there's multiple ways you can do that w/ asset manager, tune shark, others?

and lazy loading, is probably the better fix

So for anyone looking at this if this gets mentioned or something, you can convert a file including audio to data uri with https://dumijay.com/tools/data-uri-generator/ and then copy it into a text file (otherwise long audio might just lag the editor out) and use the file extension to open the file within the asset add block. This will work including stereo audio.
