Get color at (x, y)

It would be extremely helpful to be able to get the color of the stage at an x and a y. I looked through looks+, pen+ v5, pen+ v7, clipping and blending, skins, and LMS for one but couldn't find one.

If anyone needs a workaround, stamp using pen+ v7, then get the pen URI, then add that as a pen+ costume, then get the color at x and y.

I added a block to pen+ which allows you to create an image from a render texture, so as long as you use a frame buffer, that will make it easier in a future version. it's not perfect but it could help
