Other links for the weights and dataset used aside from Baidu Cloud?

Is it possible to use other links for the weights and dataset besides Baidu Cloud as it is hard for us outside China to download the files? Thank you very much.

Nope, I eventually gave up.

However, I did try to create an account on Baidu last time but failed since it is only available on China and Google website translation is a hit or miss.
Maybe a VPN might do the trick? Haven't tried it though. I don't have a VPN service.
