Electrode colours should change with stimulation intensity?

- Currently, electrodes on the electrode position image are always blue.
- Ideally, this image would show the stimulation intensity, for example, +1mA could be green while -1mA could be red. Alternatively, text near each electrode could show the stimulation intensity.
