I think this code uses a very good Evolutionary strategy approach.
The strategy used are different from each other and it is a good thing to get better results.
The comments are well written, but it's a shame that they are in Italian.
A thing that I believe it would be done is to see the performans in terms of win rate instead that games won.
Besides that you have written good code and it would be interesting to see how this will work by adding other strategies or changing some.
