Change from cmake-format to gersemi?

cmake-format is not maintained since 3 years.

Many new cmake options and cmake features are not supported.!

Too it may be better to use git ls-files with selected extension instead of filter out the hole file list from git:

git ls-files ::*.cmake ::*CMakeLists.txt ::*.cmake.in
