Problem with Link for the API

doesn't work, i search for a un update about this link, but i didn't found anything.
I need it beacuse i'm doing a thesys for computer science degree, and i'm search an a specific API where i can put the name of a "gene" and i receive the HPO+description.
if you find something like this or you are able to fix the problem or you have a update about the link, please help me

If you are working from the gene perspective you likely want the annotation network. Please know that these gene annotations are inherited from the association with diseases. There is no curated evidence of phenotypes to genes, this would require large scale GWAS studies.
