The handoff asked for conformance, a coverage ratchet, MariaDB-backed tests and multi-architecture output.

Present: MariaDB service, ignored-test invocation, a conformance gate and linux/amd64,linux/arm64.

Missing:

• Coverage ratcheting. The referenced coverage-watchdog is a monitoring web application, not a Rust coverage-ratchet command — a separate tool decision and a recorded baseline are required.
• musl is not represented by a Docker platform.

Note: the handoff text asking for ubuntu-latest is superseded by the org runner policy, which requires explicit self-hosted labels. All NGMS jobs now use those labels.

44887922 commits the working-tree change that was sitting unstaged: the conformance gate and linux/amd64,linux/arm64 build.

Still missing, and neither is a coding task:

• Coverage ratcheting. The referenced coverage-watchdog is a monitoring web application, not a Rust coverage-ratchet command — so there is nothing to wire up. This needs a tool decision (cargo-llvm-cov, tarpaulin, something else) and a recorded baseline, because a ratchet without a starting number ratchets against nothing.
• musl. Not representable as a Docker platform, so it cannot come from the same multi-arch build. It needs a separate cross-compile job, which is a different shape of change.

Confirmed: the handoff's request for ubuntu-latest is superseded by the org runner policy, and all NGMS jobs now carry explicit self-hosted labels.

Leaving open for the coverage-tool decision.
