[Bug] Repeat button non-functional for browser playback (Brave / YouTube)

What happened? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

When playing media on YouTube via Brave Browser (or Chromium-based browsers), clicking the repeat button on the Boring Notch overlay does not repeat or loop the video.

Play a song or video on YouTube inside Brave Browser.

Expand Boring Notch media player controls.

Click the repeat button.

Result: The repeat state does not change, and the video ends without looping unless manually set via YouTube's native right-click player menu.

What did you expect to happen?

The repeat toggle should either trigger HTML5 video looping on browser sessions or gracefully disable/hide the repeat UI control when the underlying player target doesn't expose MPRemoteCommandCenter repeat handlers.
