[Bug] Extra Media Controls (shuffle and favorite) are slow and janky

What happened? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Within the media controls section: pause, next, and previous work well and are actually usable. However I added custom media controls, shuffling and favoriting, and they do not work. Im not sure if they are working under the hood, or all you need to do is add optimistic updates, but currently they simply dont change state.

What did you expect to happen?

For them to do the intended action, quickly and showing me that the operation was completed.

Shuffle & repeat are working fine with Spotify using Spotify as the Music Source. The favorite icon gets hidden correclty.
Using "Now Playing" as Music Source however, shuffle & repeat do nothing and the favicon is shown again. Same goes for Apple Music with "Now Playing" as Music Source. However, when testing Apple Music using the "Apple Music" media source, everything works correctly.

So, what's actually broken:

• Shuffle
• Repeat
• Like

are not working using the "Now Plaing" Music Source.

Could you please check if the problem described in this issue, as well as in #1501 & #1510 are also already fixed? If yes: Please apply the label to these issues too! Thanks.

Woah, I didn't know you could reference a label in GitHub Issues like that. Closing #1510 as a duplicate of this, #1501 is not resolved, I will comment on it at some point today.
