After a quick Google search it seems like it is possible that the hello animation known from Apple keynotes, etc. is trademarked by Apple Inc. and may not be used without their prior approval. There is no clear information on that tho (see e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=37266151 & https://www.apple.com/legal/intellectual-property/trademark/appletmlist.html)
