cant get the fcm server key

Cant get the FCM server key because the legacy cloud messaging was upgraded to the V1

🔑 How to use FCM HTTP v1 (instead of legacy server key)

1. Enable the API

Go to Google Cloud Console → API Library
.

Search for "Firebase Cloud Messaging API" and enable it for your project.

2. Create a Service Account Key

Go to Google Cloud Console – Credentials
.

Select your Firebase project.

Navigate to Service Accounts.

Click Create Service Account → Give it a name (e.g., fcm-admin).

Assign role: Firebase Admin SDK Administrator Service Agent.

Click Create Key → JSON format → Download the JSON file.

This JSON contains your private key and credentials.

3. Use OAuth2 Access Token instead of Legacy Key

With the new API, you don’t use a "Server key" directly. Instead:

You generate an OAuth2 access token from the service account JSON.

Use that token in the Authorization header.

4. Replace YOUR_PROJECT_ID

You can find it in your Firebase Project Settings → General → Project ID.
