New Fork with some improvements (including monster presets)

Hi all,

it looks like this repo is no longer maintained. So I created a fork, and have made some updates:

• I included the PR's from @FAB37
• I added the following features:
  • Fix monster source API url
    • The url for the monster presets has changed, the correct URL is now incorporated in the script
  • Remember file name of Load Statblock for View Image filename
    • When you load a monster file and click the View Image button, the default filename base is the same as the monster file you imported
  • Add Fine optimal height
    • This feature makes the text in 2 column mode automatically balanced between the left and right column
