Indirect event publish not supported

Event publisher that publishes event from helper classes cannot be caught by the code analysis, e.g. ProjectionChangedEventBuilder.

Unfortunately ProjectionChangedEventPublisherBase is so heavily used in our system. Need to address this one at least.
