Uninitialized Value when adding part to Pricelist

Steps to reproduce:

• Enter Customer details page
• Press Pricelist button
• Add a part

You get the below warning:

Use of uninitialized value $count in foreach loop entry at SL/Form.pm line 3850.
Use of uninitialized value $count in addition (+) at SL/Form.pm line 3862.

Same works for Vendors though.
