Learnt a lot.
I felt it could perhaps have been compressed a little (same content, delivered more concisely) - but I'm an ex-developer / now Specialist Sales Manager so I was just looking for a flavour of the content rather than fully immersed / learning every bit & byte.

Perhaps a higher level rapid delivery for sellers / those who need to know the highlights without perhaps some of the detail.

The demonstrations were comprehensive.
I would have liked to code interactively with the demo.

Done well:

• great content organization
• great depth of material
• sweet git demo! 😎

Could have done better:

• Would like to see some billing examples that we can use for estimating costs for customers
• No mention of Storage/LFS costs, or even what LFS is

Ideas and suggestions?

• Would be nice to have some very simple exercises like fork the bootcamp repo, enter these Retrospective responses as code, and then stage/commit/PR to merge back upstream?? Or something?
• A couple of recommendations to start using GitHub in our daily lives for collaboration? Especially if it is something we can show customers?

I agree, good content, great overview. I like the depth here for a Specialist. I would have liked to have gotten an invite for the technical session to dig deeper. I also agree some hands on would have been great! Or at least a ready made demo environment we could fire up to show a few things to customers.

Great coverage of GitHub current and future capabilities
Presenters answered all questions
Two knowledgeable/complementary perspectives leading the sessions
Mix of theory and practice

What could we have done better?
Show demos with complex/production-like ready pipelines and security configurations

Ideas and suggestions?
More DevOps best practices / recommendations (pipelines/security setup). CSAs need to provide technical but also process related recommendations

Overall, I was pleased, and I think you met the stated goals. At times I wanted more depth, but I know there is a more detailed session also being offered.

What do we do well?

• You covered the breadth of solutions and included demonstration where appropriate
• You provided good competitive review
• good to split across 2 days and to incorporate breaks!

What could we have done better?

• I did want a bit more depth at times but understand there is another session for that, however, there were also some price and licensing topics that you then could not answer.
• Maybe include a sales specialist for the less technical session?
• 3-hour long session is tough to free up

Ideas and suggestions?

• Wouldn't mind seeing a guided demo/HoL for some of the topics
