I thought the coverage of topics that we get to work through is good.

My only request for the future would be to made incorporate some practice/learning on actually creating custom codeql queries. Given that GHAS is awesome and a super great option to get devs into security knowing how to actually write the queries would help.

I really like the labs. There were small, easy to follow, and I learn a lot.
Great work.

This initial setup was a bit confusing but once fixed everything went fine.

What do we do well?
Great Labs, Interesting features, good content.

What could we have done better?
Going through Copilot X, and trying to give tips and tricks on how to help the client decide how to move to GitHub would be a plus. Right now many clients are confused an annoyed.

Ideas and suggestions?
Swags, Stickers, Ect for participants to show and express our love to GitHub.

I thought the training went well and was delivered at a good pace. I liked the balance between the labs and the content. I learned a lot over the past two days and will be reviewing the labs again to reenforce the learning. I think the two days at 3 hours each day was great and allowed me to participate more.

The labs and the introduction to each lab went very well.

The second day David had a little bit of Internet issues. That could be improoved.

No Ideas and suggestions. The whole experience went well and over the expectations.

What do we do well?

• Class was paced well with a good break schedule
• The labs were designed to give a good grounding while managing the time commitment
• David demoed using an external tool that put data in GitHub with SARIF

What could we have done better?

• I would have liked some depth to the exercises and acknowledge that could only happen with a longer class, which might not be possible
• Some more info on writing CodeQL queries or one exercise creating one query

Ideas and suggestions?

Good organization of the content, very attentive and kind in helping and answering questions.

One improvement could be to provide official web links to specific topic documentation as the content progresses.

I really liked this bootcamp, the labs were easy to understand and follow. I would only suggest, if possible, adding a list of optional exercises, to reinforce knowledge during the period of time in which we will have the repository available.

• Mostly everything. Labs and presentations were crisp and easy to follow.

Ideas and suggestions?

• Adding real-world scenarios and little more complex learnings would be helpful.
