Add a few more PeerTube instances

Feature description

Holla,

there are some bigger Peertube instances, which people need to figure out how to add (also because by default its called Framatube, not Peertube, see #8013). I would suggest to have maybe three, four more used instances by default.

Why do you want this feature?

People know a) that Peertube is actually a thing in the app if we call it that way and b) might discover videos in there if they can just immediately select an instance they like.

Additional information

A new one topic tube instance is https://tube.funfacts.de/ from Germany, I would suggest adding this.
