Only first 100 items in Trakt watchlist and watches is used

The problem

Only the first 100 items in the Trakt watchlist are read (possibly 100 shows and 100 films). I believe this is from trakt/trakt-api#681.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Have a Trakt watchlist with more than 100 items
2. Sync watchlist from Trakt to Plex
3. Notice not all items are synced or if you had synced previously, items are mass removed

Expected behavior

The entire Trakt watchlist is read.

It was broken still the last time I tried it a few weeks ago. I moved on to CrossWatch, and now my Plex Watchlist is back to 600+ items. Handled it no problem.

But I'm unable to test this, my movies watchlist has 63 entries and shows 14

Limits

Trakt limits are based on your account tier. Under the updated Fair Use limits, Free users can have a maximum of 250 items on their Watchlist and 250 items per personal list, with a total limit of 1,000 items across all personal lists.

Having 600+ items seems like VIP feature?

I'll avoid creating a new issue since it's so similar to this one but it appears this also now happens with watches. It probably makes sense for glensc/python-pytrakt#123 to include all of the now-paginated endpoints since it's more than just watchlist that's missing now.

@nihaals I don't intend to add pagination blindly (like this pr: glensc/python-pytrakt#103)

I've tested my configuration and there doesn't seem any remaining api endpoints that need paging for PTS:

Also, I prefer you create separate issue rather hijack existing issue. long running issues are difficult to solve if they report different problems.
