Thanks for the reply. I wasn't clear as to what 'external IDs' meant (the link to external ids in the readme leads to an inaccessible page, so there was no way for me to read up on this), but the screenshot helps to clarify things for me. I'll update the metadata on TMDB. Related question: the readme advises to 'Use tmdb as source for TV Shows if possible'. How can I define what source to use? |

I've read a number of discussions about how to fix this error but can't seem to resolve it on my end. I have a bunch of series that log this type of error:
2026-03-26 13:15:11,752 WARNING[plextraktsync.media.MediaFactory]:Big Mood/s01e01/Up (2024): Skipping <PlexGuid:tvdb://10094463> not found on TraktThis show is matched correctly in Plex, and the file is named correctly (using the
plexbinding in FileBot.). Running 'inspect' on the episode returns the following:Inspecting <PlexId:669455>: <tvdb:10094463:Episode:669455:Big-Mood-s01e01>The Plex item ID is correct, as are the TVDB IDs for the show and episode.
The end of the log shows:
