Licensing question: permission to bundle the Hebrew translation (resource 233) in a free offline app

Assalamu alaikum, and thank you for QUL — we already rely on it.

I'm the developer of "Wa Ansitu" (wansitu.app), a free Islamic prayer-times
and Quran app. It is completely free: no ads, no in-app purchases, no paid
tiers, and no behavioural tracking. This is stated in our published privacy
policy.

We already ship three Arabic tafsir databases downloaded from QUL, with
per-resource attribution recorded in our app's content manifest.

My question is about the Hebrew translation of the meanings of the Quran
(resource id 233, Dar Al-Salam Center, 6236 ayahs).

Hebrew is the only language among the eight we support for which we could
not find any source with documented terms. We checked Al Quran Cloud,
Tanzil, quranenc.com and the King Fahd Complex; none offers a Hebrew
translation we may bundle. QUL is the only place we found it.

I understand the QUL repository is MIT licensed, but that covers the
software rather than the content, and the FAQ points to the licence of each
individual resource. So before downloading anything, I would like to ask
directly:

1. May we bundle resource 233 offline inside our free app?
2. If yes, what attribution wording does the rights holder require, and
   where should it appear?
3. If QUL is not the right party to grant this, could you point me to
   Dar Al-Salam Center so I can ask them directly?

What we commit to, in writing:

• The translation text is shipped verbatim. We never modify, abridge, or
  regenerate a single character, and our build tooling verifies a SHA-256
  digest of the file at runtime and refuses to display it on any mismatch.
• The Arabic text always remains the primary text. The translation is
  presented as an aid to meaning, never as a replacement for the Quran.
• The translator/publisher is credited by name in the reading interface
  itself, not only in a manifest or an about page.
• No machine translation is used anywhere in our religious content. Every
  translated verse and hadith in the app is an imported published work by a
  named translator.
• If you ask us to stop distributing it at any point, we will remove it in
  the next release.
