All "Apps" fail to launch

OpenBor, Shutdown, and Retroarch in the App section all do not work. The speaker crackles and then the loading screen appears before going back to the Apps menu.
Retroarch works from the Game and RetroArch menus, it's just App that doesn't work.

Copying over the apps from the default firmware works, so somethings wrong with the apps packed with this firmware
