What is Generate 9 Album chart about?

I'm on Windows 10 with latest Tauon player. Under Settings I find a 'Generate ~ 9 Album chart' button.
What is it meant for? It just generates a black box with a few Artist names...

Its a Top Chart generator. Does your music have album art?

No, not at this time. It's mostly music recorded thru the Radio. So it needs to have album art? Btw., when re-arranging tags on these files and re-importing it appears to me that lately no mp3 tags are imported anymore.
