Discussion: Documentation Update #73

Description

@diversable

First off, I just wanted to say a hearty 'thank you' to the maintainers for working on this library and answering questions - your time is appreciated.

On to the topic at hand...
Documentation has been highlighted as one of the areas where this crate could use some extra attention in order to make it more useful to its users (myself included).
I'd like to suggest splitting up the documentation into 3 sections, to serve different kinds of users:

  1. docs & examples for users looking to utilise Rust libraries in Julia
  2. docs & examples for users wanting to embed Julia within Rust binaries & applications
  3. docs for potential contributors

If there's a specific way the community can be helpful in improving the docs, please ask - I for one would like to help, if I can.

Any thoughts?
