`u128` and date-time support

Will there be support for u128 and durations (https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/stdlib/Dates/)? I can write a PR if this feature is required.

Support for u128 and i128 would be welcome, but I'm not sure about types from stdlibs. The intent of the reflection capability is that users can generate bindings to such types and jlrs doesn't have to provide such types. Is there a particular reason why you would like such types to be supported by jlrs itself?

I didn't know reflection can generate bindings for primitives like u128. Now that I know this I can just add support for u128 in my library instead of modifying jlrs.

u128 and i128 aren't necessarily supported yet. I expect they're primitive types, which do require separate handling.

I've tried to implement support for 128-bits primitives, but I'm running into some layout and ABI incompatibilties. See #237
