Align the build folder structure according to the runTest.sh from the core.

## Story

As the developer, I want to have the same folder structure as it is used in the core.
The core uses the **Build** folder for temporary and cached files. We use the **.Build** folder. We have to align that.

## Acceptance criteria

All commands that use caches and temporary files are using the **Build** folder.
