Damage Indicator Sign #70

Description

@MysteryTimeTrav

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes with a large ship, it is hard to tell what areas have taken damage. Not always is it practical to have corridors everywhere, spectator mode isn't typically permitted in most places, fires can start in areas through tiny gaps, and TNT can't be heard at certain distances.

Describe the solution you'd like
A sign that when broken would notify the current helmsman/pilot of the ship. Either sending a Title message or a message in the chat.

This effectively acts like real world pressure barometric indicators on aircraft, machines, vehicles, and ships. Notifying when a loss of pressure is detected and giving a warning. It can allow for players with FCS to disable guns that have taken critical damage as indicated by placing a sign on a specific component of it.

First line would be something like "Detector:" or "Indicator:" with the second line being the message to send if the sign is broken "LeftEnginePod" or "ForwardLiftCell"

Alternate Solution
One sign would be "Sensor:" and the other "Monitor:" with the second line being a unique tag

On the Monitor sign, if the Sensor sign with the same tag is alive, the third line will say "Online"

If the Monitor sign no longer has a related Sensor sign (because the sensor sign with the same second line is destroyed or was never placed) the third line will say "Offline"

What this would allow for is a damage control room that can be used to monitor the status of each Sensor sign
