ChangeDirectory in not included

I notice that ChangeDirectory is not included with other raylib file system functions.

Is this deliberate? If yes, what is the reason?

If it is an omission, please add it.

Turns-out ChangeDirectory is not that useful since modules are loaded from the working directory.
