content: add the August 2026 CAT portal screenshot and refresh the GNOME settings image (#113)

The CAT portal screenshot still showed the profile as last updated 2024-01-31. Adds the current one from 2026-08-11 beneath it, and replaces the GNOME settings image with a capture that matches what the script now configures.

The installer downloaded from this page still ships the pre-migration USERTrust chain, so it still cannot validate the server. Both screenshots are kept here: the first shows the entry sitting untouched since January 2024, the second shows a recent edit that did not fix the actual problem.
