Develop the pages decided on in #5 and designed in #6

as per #6 - develop the following pages

• /case-studies - using the proper jekyll blog post structure (so it works in the netlify cms)
• /research - using the proper jekyll blog post structure (so it works in the netlify cms) (could use similar template from projects?)
• /about - using the proper jekyll blog post structure for the bios (so it works in the netlify cms)
• /contact - a netlify form with a message box
• make minor improvements to home page
• ensure that no new responsiveness tests are introduced (see Fix minor usability and responsiveness issues #4 for examples of current ones and various resolutions to test)

Change the case-studies to use Jekyll collection,

To create a post :

• create .md file in _case-studies folder.
• set post-order front matter to allow custom ordering of the post
  (override default post order, which is by date). and all the post will be shown in a single page in /case-studies/ url.

Current folder content :

_case-studies

Each post can have their own link, ex : /case-studies/building-energy/
But I do not activate this feature yet.

Other things we can do is make page in /case-studies/ only show excerpt of the post, let say the first 25 words followed by [more] link, and when the user click the [more] link, that current post fully open in separate tab.

Developing /research page based on http://sentientsystem.com/projects/
(It's pretty much done, but feedback or suggestion is very welcome)

some of the details about the UI:

• use bootstrap nav-pills to achieve tab-interface
• only selectively load bootstrap.min.js in /research page
• I do not copy bootstrap.min.css, but just cherry picked CSS needed for nav-pills only

Developed using Jekyll collection, we can add sections of content by :

• create a folder under _research folder, with the following format : ORDER-NAME, ex: 3-energy
• create summary.md & stats.md
