From 2f6bf3166cec64c52359d180b499627cb62b3bbc Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Connor Haggerty Date: Tue, 6 Oct 2026 20:22:19 -0400 Subject: [PATCH 01/68] fix(agent): adopt, update and roll back stacks that Portainer runs Portainer runs compose inside its own container, so the paths compose writes into the labels (/data/compose/49/docker-compose.yml) are Portainer's, not the host's, and adopting such a stack failed with "No such file or directory". A label path that does not exist on the host is now mapped through the mount of the container that holds it (longest destination wins), and used only if the mapped file exists. The env file compose recorded (Portainer's stack.env) is passed with --env-file, so a re-up from the host interpolates the same values instead of blanks, and adopt reads the env from it. --- Each tab now opens with one line saying what it lists, and the unmanaged, outdated and decision columns carry the existing .field-hint markers, so the copy is one hover away instead of a footnote at the bottom of one tab. "By host" jumped to the Monitor page, which read as a broken link: the tab promises a per-host software list, so the row expands in place the way a "By app" row does, fetching /software/hosts// once and caching it. The jump to Monitor is still there, now as an explicit link inside the row. MUTATION RED: removing data-app-host-row from the row template turns test_by_host_expands_in_place red; restored and green. End-to-end (rendered template, not source scan): field-hint markers: 8 apps-intro: 3 upd-note: 0 hints: 3x unmanaged (Apps & features / cannot upgrade or uninstall, paragraphs intact), 1 outdated, 3 bulk decisions, 1 decision column (Approved / Declined / Undecided).
