Description of problem

I was trying to save using the save point in the inner factory just before the final boss room and it seemed like Mario went a little out of bounds past the save point and it caused this screen to happen, then it tried to go into the save screen and showed this.

After resetting the game after seeing this screen, my save files were gone in game.

Required confirmations

• This issue occurs WITHOUT Crowd Control, which is not officially supported.
• This is NOT about a ship password, melody bay tune, or invisible flag hint being difficult to solve (unless the hints, solution, or positioning is incorrect).
• If my seed has a spoiler log available, I have reviewed it thoroughly to make sure the issue I'm reporting is not simply a check I didn't know about, or forgot to do, or forgot to disable, or forgot to reduce the reward threshold for (i.e. marrymore suite, grate guy's game, etc). You can also talk to Frogfucius for hints about incomplete checks.
