pytchat is currently archived and is not being updated, https://github.com/xenova/chat-downloader is at least not archived and is more updated

switch to https://github.com/xenova/chat-downloader and test to see if there are any issues

chat-downloader COULD possibly break all the systems

no reason to migrate yet as chat-downloader shows no improvements and pytchat is not broken
