File Share Witness info missing

One of my FSC's has two file share witnesses -- one that is currently active, and one offline. Running sp_CheckAG only returns information about the first of the two fsw's (correctly indicating that it's offline) but ignoring the second, working fsw.

That's interesting. Those results in sp_CheckAG are unfiltered results from sys.dm_hadr_cluster_members. If you are still observing this behavior then check that DMV to see what SQL Server is "seeing" about the cluster.
