ps2txt english translation?

ps2txt text reader is entirely in Japanese. I actually hoped to use it to read off notes i write within my GBA itself using another 3rd party brew. I cant navigate the interface or any of its features because i have no idea what its saying. its the default viewer so its rather jarring and a bummer i cant use it reliably.

is there a translation i can use? or is there a way to switch out the default viewer for txt files?

ps2txt is a piece of software that, while it has source code, it's missing a lot of things, ultimately resulting in an uncompilable project.

I wrote a bit of documentation as part of the Simple-specific manual, but i plan to revise a lot of this in the future.

There obviously could be a lot more written.

The problem with getting a new text reader is that it needs to be a "PogoShell" plugin. ps2txt is the only standalone text reader that I'm aware of that fits this bill.
