Description

Extend blockchain capabilities to support cross-chain asset transfers between Stellar, Ethereum, and other networks. This enables users to deposit assets from multiple blockchains.

Direction

1. Research and select cross-chain bridge protocol
2. Implement Ethereum bridge connectivity
3. Add multi-signature wallet requirements for bridge operations

• Create cross-chain transaction tracking system

5. Build automatic validation of cross-chain deposits
6. Add bridge health monitoring and alerting

Definition of Done

• Users can bridge USDC from Ethereum to Stellar
• All cross-chain transactions are verified and confirmed
• Bridge funds are secured with multi-sig requirements
• Cross-chain transaction history is fully auditable
• Bridge health metrics are tracked in monitoring dashboard

Acceptance Criteria

• ✅ ETH and ERC-20 deposits are recognized on the platform
• ✅ Withdrawals can be sent to any supported blockchain
• ✅ Bridge fund thresholds trigger alerts if reserves are low
• ✅ Failed cross-chain transactions are automatically refunded
• ✅ Support for at least 3 major blockchains is implemented

I'd like to work on this issue. My approach would be to evaluate and integrate a suitable bridge protocol, implement transaction tracking and verification, add multi-signature security controls, automate deposit validation and refunds, and build monitoring for bridge health and reserve thresholds across supported networks.
