The `sonar-migration-tool` release workflow does not release the Linux binaries

The release workflow has been significantly changed when the repo was moved from the sonar-solutions to the SonarSource org, to align with Sonar Engineering standard release workflows.

With the move, unlike when the repo was in sonar-solutions org, the linux binaries (AMD64 and ARM64) are built no longer built.
This should be added in the workflow

Hello @kiloecho-sonar,
Can you help on this one. For the release 1.0 I left that aside because we needed signed binaries asap, but now we need Linux too for 1.1.
Can you work with Platform Dev Exp team to fix that part. Thank you
