Create a dedicated migration report for the `transfer` command

The transfer command only migrates a single project so the migration report should be revised for it:

• The reports (markdown and PDF) files should be post-fixed with the source project key (migration_summary.<projectKey>.md and migration_summary.<projectKey>.pdf)
• The reports should skip the "Global Settings", "Portfolios" and "Groups" reporting section
• The reports should only report on "Quality Gates", "Quality Profiles" that are (explicitly or by default) attached to the migrated project
