Some projects get migrated without their code although the code is available on the SQS side

In the migration report some projects may end up with a migration outcome "Partial" with the message:
Project data migration skipped: source code not retrievable for this branch (line measures may remain, but source text is gone — likely purged by SonarQube housekeeping). See screenshot below

For some projects this is normal, the source code has indeed been purged by SQS, but for some others the code is definitely available in the source project, see below screenshot

There is no obvious pattern on which projects have this problem vs which have not.

The problem does not seem to happens when using the transfer command, only with migrate
