Wizard Added

I have added a wizard that walks the user through the process from start to finish and prompting only for information regarding the SQ instances or making a selections. You will need to clone the Kilo branch to your machine and for the time being you will need to build the project locally (this will not be the case if/when we push this to the main branch).

To build it locally use this command:
docker build -t sonar-reports:kilo <path to the git folder on your system>
