Fix focus on candidate input on create poll page

User Story:

As a USER, I would like the focus of the new candidates to go the last input on the create poll page, because I dislike having to use my mouse to click on the latest candidate field.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Focus should go on the last candidate box after pressing enter in the create poll page
