Have separated job queue vs infrastructure migration into its own issue @halfmoonui, and moved this into v1.1

I think it's probably important to run our infra similarly to how we expect licensed customers to run it, but not a blocker, nor a huge priority at the moment. Also there's still some questions as to if we will be running a "hosted" version in the future.

That being said moving this out of the enterprise milestone.
