Automatically append version number to bundle file in SPFx 1.4.0

The gulp code to manipulate the bundle file name is no longer supported.

Removing the hash is now possible via configuration, but there is no way to append the version number to the bundle file name.

Also - the bundle file name does not allow dots to be used in the file name, which also prevents specifying the version in the config file.
