See core civicrm/civicrm-core#32901 which is looking to remove jcalendar in 6.4

The core PR has been merged. Any extensions still using the template should remove references to it, and change quickform code from $this->addDate to $this->add('datepicker').

FYI @sunilpawar this extension will not work in CIvi 6.4+ without this tweak.
