Assets on map visible after zooming out

Describe the bug
In the asset select map you need to zoom in for the assets to appear. When you zoom back out to a level that doesn't show the assets, the assets on the previous zoom level remain visible. Selected state of an asset is not shown correctly in this situation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the incident form (for instance, Heerlen demo: https://heerlen.signalen.dev/incident/beschrijf)
2. Enter text which would trigger an asset select question in the next step. Depends on deployment configuration. Could be verlichting for Heerlen demo.
3. Klik on Volgende
4. Klik on Kies op kaart
5. Zoom in to the first zoom level where assets will be shown (4 times)
6. Pan the map a bit (this seems necessary to trigger the error)
7. Zoom out one zoom level
8. See assets still displayed on the map

Expected behavior
No assets should be visible when zooming out to a level that displays the message Zoom in om de objecten te zien.
