Describe the bug
When opening a ticket, especially outside in a remote area, can take a while to load. In the meantime my colleague has already started handling the ticket and sometimes even closed it already when the picture suddenly appears. It would be very helpfull if it visible that a picture is present and being loaded, for example by showing a text "Afbeelding wordt geladen".
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a ticket
- Wait for the photo to load
Expected behavior
The picture will load eventually but when the internet connection is bad this can take a while. In that time a warning or icon should be visible that there is a picture present and it is being loaded.
