Send photos on status change of a signal

UI design

Allow an employee to add photos to a message that will be sent to a reporter, when changing the status of a report.

Enable in form

• Show button 'Add photo' below description text field
• Enabled for any status change
• Only enabled when a message will be sent to the reported (ie. when 'send to reporter' is checked)

Show photos

• Show a list of photos with checkboxes after clicking on the 'Add photo' button
• Allow the employee to add a custom message to a checked photo
• Show 'Save' and 'Cancel' buttons

Submit photos

• Add links to photos as well as descriptions to the object sent to the status change patch request
