Add "negative filters"

I would love for the option to negate a filter. So instead of only choosing this particular tag, I would like a way to "remove this filter from the current search"
Say, you are looking for unwatched episodes but want to remove everything that already has watched episodes from the search.

Though I'm thinking, instead of doubling filter options, just a button to enable to change a filter to "negative"

I love that you put this in the wrong place, given the info that you (don't) have, but actually put it in the right place, because our filter system absolutely supports negative filters, advanced logic operators, selectors, and comparators. The webui just doesn't have a way to use them

Maybe one day, when someone gets the motivation to implement the rest of it for the UI.

Also, as a side-note, you can do tag exclusions already in the current filtering system.

Here's hoping someone actually gets that motivation. It'd be a super useful feature.
